Our Current Focus Is Near-Campus Housing For The Atlanta University Center (Auc)—The World’s Largest Consortium Of Historically Black Colleges And Universities (Hbcus). The Auc Is Home To Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, And The Morehouse School Of Medicine, Educating More Than 10,000 Students Annually On Adjoining Campuses In Southwest Atlanta. This Unique Cluster Serves As An Academic, Cultural, And Economic Anchor For The City And Beyond. We Intend To Deploy Our Integrated Real Estate Services Model To Drive More Than 550 New Beds For Students Over The Next 3-5 Years.
